Bay River College’s 1-year Process Piping Drafting diploma program is designed to train individuals seeking to enter and succeed in this vital Canadian industry. As part of this program, students learn fundamental administrative skills, including essential software, interpersonal, and business communication skills. In addition, students in the Process Piping Drafting diploma program gain an understanding of specific industry knowledge, such as natural gas processing, oil and gas pipeline design, petroleum refining, and knowledge of oil sands and petrochemicals.

Preparing flow diagrams and schematics, layouts, specifications, maps and detailed construction or assembly drawings.
