Diplomatic Research and Policy Foundation is Intergovernmental Organization founded in 2016 by Ministry of education and Science, Republic of Macedonia and Ministry of Diaspora, Republic of Albania.
DRPF International Intergovernmental Organisation
Established in 2016, DRPF International Intergovernmental organisation with University mandate is a visionary and well-governed institution, known for being the first diplomatic Intergovernmental Organisation with university mandate and running UN, UNESCO, IUCN and UNEP designed courses. In Europe and one of the pioneering Intergovernmental organisations with University mandate with accreditation to grant certificate, diplomas, degrees and fellowships.
We have 55 academic programmes ranging from the Foundation, Diploma and Bachelor’s levels to the post-graduate Master’s and Doctorates. We take pride in having committed academics housed in various faculties and schools such as Business & Technology, Health, Education & Humanities, Culinary Arts, and Foundation.
Since inception, we pursued innovative learning where technology complements human interaction on a strong educational platform. Our pursuit of affordable and quality education in both conventional and remote teaching modes continues till today and is embodied in our DRPF’s Education Core meeting the cutting-edge needs of 21st Century education.

DRPF relies on a broad array of partners in the fulfilment of its mission and in the implementation its programmes. Over the last 4 years, DRPF has established productive multilateral and bilateral relationships with governments, development agencies, international organizations, foundations, NGOs, research institutions, universities and other educational establishments. Those partnerships have allowed DRPF to develop strong programmes and respond to the needs of diplomacy and quality education across the world.
DRPF strives to strengthen strategic and operational partnerships globally, regionally and nationally. The main goal of the organization’s vast network of partnerships is to ensure better outcomes for diplomacy institutions and professionals by combining expertise and resources in a mutually beneficial way. These partnerships also strengthen DRPF’s engagement in diplomacy and Quality education, which allows the agency to forge strategic alliances and better determine its global priorities by staying connected to the best practices in diplomacy.
DRPF regards its partnerships as a key to the agency’s ability to carry out its mandate in an efficient and informed manner.

DRPF is guided by a four-year strategic framework which articulates the Institute’s vision, mission, core values and strategic objectives and enablers. The framework outlines the direction that DRPF will take and serves as the foundation for planning and budgeting, mobilizing resources, crafting partnerships, delivering results and measuring and evaluating performance.
The framework was approved by the DRPF Board of Trustees in July 2019. The framework is aligned with the 2030 Agenda and is structured around five pillars that correspond to four of the five thematic pillars of the 2030 Agenda: Peace, People, Planet and Prosperity. The framework includes a fifth objective aimed at supporting the integrated and indivisible nature of the Agenda through crosscutting programming. Four strategic enablers are also identified, including people and partnerships; quality, learning and evaluation; strategic communication; and business processes.
In 1945, UNESCO was created in order to respond to the firm belief of nations, forged by two world wars in less than a generation, that political and economic agreements are not enough to build a lasting peace. Peace must be established on the basis of humanity’s moral and intellectual solidarity.
UNESCO strives to build networks among nations that enable this kind of solidarity, by:
Mobilizing for education: so that every child, boy or girl, has access to quality education as a fundamental human right and as a prerequisite for human development.
Building intercultural understanding: through protection of heritage and support for cultural diversity. UNESCO created the idea of World Heritage to protect sites of outstanding universal value.
Pursuing scientific cooperation: such as early warning systems for tsunamis or trans-boundary water management agreements, to strengthen ties between nations and societies.
Protecting freedom of expression: an essential condition for democracy, development and human dignity.
Today, at a time of increasing global challenges and threats, such as inequality, exclusion, violence and sectarianism, learning to live together among all members of the global community becomes more topical than ever before. Cost benefit analysis is a critical skill for managing risk. Understanding the three critical areas of successful organizational change – people, processes and technology will be discussed. The objective of the business analysis programme is to prepare you with tools and techniques to run your organization using the business analysis approach: namely define the problem; determine the need, and consider all impacted stakeholders. The programme will expose you to techniques in elicitation; analysis using diagramming and modelling; and writing effective specifications to describe what the organization requires in order to solve the problem.
When speaking with the media, police leaders are speaking with their communities. Designing and framing the message that they need to communicate is critical to organizational success. This program addresses areas including understanding what makes a story and how the news cycle works; working with the media; internal communications; planning a communications campaign; social media; reputational management and crisis management.
With programs aimed at police leaders and emerging police leaders, we fully recognize the importance of this role as well as the requirement to further develop a broad understanding of leadership issues. As a result, this program touches on many other areas including situational leadership; leading organizational change; leading organizational evolution and growth, and leading an organization of excellence – to name but a few.
This subject explores developing the resources and activities required to build performance measures and key performance indicators, including the ability to identify key areas that need to be measured and can indeed be measured, as well as drawing on historic data to conduct predictive analysis.
Police leaders worldwide are under global scrutiny. Their conduct and that of the people they command may frequently be under review by governments, community groups and international media. Leading an ethical organization, instilling and promoting ethical policing and ensuring organizational compliance to rules and regulations, are critical requirements for police leaders. This program deals with these sensitive areas, including countering police corruption and ensuring human rights compliance.
This program area examines all aspects of the scientific examination of crime scenes, criminals and victims. These range from evidence identification at a crime scene, through detection, collection and analysis of marks, to their interpretation and forensic intelligence building within an acknowledged chain of custody. The science involved in police investigations is extensive, and this program touches on a broad spectrum of scientific fields.
Recognizing the difference between raw information and the development of intelligence is critical to this program. Intelligence development requires analysts to bring together various data or information elements of different weight and validity, and to knowledgeably compile those various pieces of information into a cohesive intelligence report which will allow police leaders to take specific action with identified, anticipated results. The course addresses intelligence gathering, analysis and dissemination.
This topic dissects police leader as community leader; explores methods to establish community outreach as well as techniques to identify and engage key communities, and delivers insight into recognizing key elements within the community and how to address their concerns.
This topic is for freshers who want to join police as their career or newly joined police officers.
Situational policing recognizes the various stages of the progressive relationship between police and the communities they serve. As communities move through different developmental stages, the police must respond to each of these stages, and these responses may be based upon community maturity/organizational maturity; community relations; and community and organizational expectations. The model presented is flexible enough to adapt to any policing environment and can help police leaders in setting their strategic goals and objectives.
Human trafficking can range from indentured labour, and sexual exploitation, through to harvesting human organs from trafficked children. Nations from which trafficking victims are taken; transit nations through which victims pass, and host nations in which victims are exploited are all victimized by human trafficking. Partnering with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and other governmental groups can allow law enforcement agencies to become more effective in combatting this global problem.
Victims are frequently lost in the police and criminal justice system when they are the very people that the police need to support. This program examines how to speak to the victims of crime, and includes such complexities and sensitivities as victims of sexual assault; child victims, and cultural issues when dealing with victims. It also examines how to set and manage expectations; how to support victims through the investigations and prosecution of a criminal trial, and how to establish and maintain victim confidence in police response.
Local frauds through to trans-national financial crimes hurt individuals, communities and nations. Courses in this area examine current trends as well as investigative tools and resources for financial crime investigators, and core aspects including money laundering and terrorist financing.

Education Diplomacy is particularly important today as we know that it is only by working together that we can achieve real change in education and the world at large.
